Hi Team,

The booking GFS31283 was in the "ticketing process" status.

Our team had updated the ticket number in GFS; however, tickets were issued three times for the same passengers. The client had already checked in for their travel, and there was only one hour left before the voiding window closed.

We immediately contacted the airline and managed to offload the passenger just minutes before the voiding window closed. Fortunately, this allowed us to void the tickets. Otherwise, the tickets would have been non-refundable.

I have voided all three tickets, created a new booking, and issued the ticket under a new PNR.

Could you please investigate why multiple tickets were issued for the same passenger? Additionally, kindly update the new ticket/PNR details in the GFS system.
