Hi Team,
We received a GFS notification indicating "Booking Failed," and the booking was redirected to (U3HK - Gold Medal Dnata(UAE). However, upon conducting an offline check, we discovered that the same fare was still available.
We blocked the PNR and shared it with the client for reconfirmation since a failure notification had been sent to the agent. Subsequently, we received ticket issuance approval, and the ticket has been issued, successfully converting the booking failure into a confirmed sale.
Could you please investigate why the booking failed despite the fare being available? Notably, this is the third such instance reported this week.
