Dear Team,
The ticket issuance failed for booking GFS31529.
The booking was redirected to YTOC42195 - Skylink Canada, but the auto ticketing got failed and The following remarks were found in the PNR
:18 RM 5H-REJECT-5H-REJECT-CHARGE AMOUNT NOT ADDED PROPERLY//
ROBO//02DEC//5.02AM
We have resolved the issue by manually issuing the ticket with the vendor.
Kindly investigate the auto-issuance failure and implement a fix to ensure smoother automated ticketing in the future.
