GFS31519 || Issues with GFS Booking Failure and Unnecessary Redirection to Another Supplier Despite Available Fare in IAH PCC

Description

Hi Team,

We received a GFS notification indicating "Booking Failed," and the booking was redirected to 0KKK - Mill-Run Tours, Inc. But same fare and seats were available offline.

Also we noticed that the same fare was available on our HOME PCC (IAH) but the fare was captured from Mill-Run Tours, Inc.

We made the booking in our IAH PCC and sent it to the client for reconfirmation since a failure notification had been sent to the agent.
Upon checking the Client Search category, we also observed that Alaska Airlines is not disabled for this agent

Could you please clarify the following points:

Why did the booking fail despite the fare being available offline?

Why was the booking redirected to another supplier when the same fare was available on our IAH PCC?
