Description

Dear Team,

Please note that the client attempted to make the booking through the portal, where the fares were displayed. However, when he tried to complete the booking, the GFS failed.

Ticket was issued from Petour.

Could you kindly check and advise, as the client was disappointed that the booking failed, and instead we had to process it offline.
