Sabre mini fare rule is secondary , we are looking for CAt 16 . Can u verify from Vendor is the service activated
vinay you can directly check with their tech team , this shouldnt be parked to vendor.

I can't check with them directly , since it the sabre configuration not the part of Tripartite
